The Omicron Eta Lambda Charitable Foundation (OHLCF) was founded in 1986. The Foundation is identified as philanthropic component of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Omicron Eta Lambda Chapter. The sole mission of the foundation has been to support the various educational endeavors of the chapter and to foster community service, education, and scholarship to the youth of the District of Columbia.
